Congrats to Seymour and Ansonia. I was at the Ansonia game. The Chargers looked impressive. Three in a row on the way.

How in the blue hell does a kid from an 0-11 team make the All-NVL Defensive team?! A team that was the second worst defensively in the NVL giving up 371 points total.
You mean to tell me that someone from Woodland, Sacred Heart, Naugatuck or Watertown wasn't better?!! Watertown had the 4th ranked defense in the NVL and NO DEFENSIVE PLAYERS?!!?
These coaches need to demonstrate some common sense (haha) or at least look at film. I mean wow, No one from Watertown or even Naugatuck. I mean I know Naugy had a down year but jesus, their Defense was much better than Wilby. There had to be one kid better than a Wilby Defensive Lineman. How the hell does Wilby get to nominate anyone with 0 wins anyway?!
Sorry had to vent, just at a loss.
Peerless your spelling could use some work...Copper? ha ha. I thought that was a division. HA HA HA.
Gondek getting player of the year is a joke. Any coach that would vote this kid ahead of Osieski should lose his job. Gondek is a very good QB, no doubt. But when you put him against a kid the dominates the field in all facets of the game and who does not come off the field for 48 minutes, there is no comparison. Wake up coaches!
